FARMER PLOUGHS ON FOR VICTORY

Lindsay Farmer and Megan Blades defeated all-comers – and some treacherous conditions – to win the final round of the Barbados Rally Club (BRC) 4 x 4 Navigational Championship on Sunday (November 13). Driving their rallynut.com-backed Suzuki Samurai, they completed the Toyota November Safari – one of few sporting events to go ahead last weekend – with 688 penalites, just two in hand over the second-placed crew.

MORE THAN 30 CREWS CHASE LAST-CHANCE POINTS

The final round of the Barbados Rally Club (BRC) 4 x 4 Navigational Championship – the Toyota November Safari – had attracted a healthy entry of 34 crews by the end of last night’s briefing meeting; and, with late entries being accepted until Thursday afternoon, the number may yet rise.
This Sunday’s (November 13) event is slated to start at 8.00am from the Windward Cricket Club in St Philip, following scrutineering at 7.00am . . . and there’s all to fight for over 100 kilometres of rough terrain.

LAST CHANCE TO SCORE NAVIGATIONAL POINTS

The outcome of the Barbados Rally Club's (BRC) second 4 x 4 Navigational Championship will be decided on Sunday, November 13, when competitors face off for the final time this season in the Toyota November Safari.
