Scotiabank King of the Hill 2013 - Rally Barbados

Full coverage of practically all of the nearly 90 cars entered for this year's King of the Hill. This single stage event is used to seed the drivers for the SOL Rally Barbados the following week. For the first time, Neil Armstrong, was crowned the "King" of King of the Hill in his Suzuki SX4 WRC car!
